Housing Rehabilitation Programs

The majority of TRI's housing rehab experience has been in the successful completion of MA CDBG Small Cities Housing Rehab program management and delivery in communities located in Southeastern Massachusetts.

Each year, for more than a decade, TRI has met or exceeded rehab unit goals in all communities served, in the allotted timeframe, and with high marks in program delivery from program participants. TRI maintains a commendable 20-year record of managing state and federal grant programs requiring A-133 and/or funding source audits.
