Affordable Housing Development and Neighborhood Revitalization

TRI has been instrumental in the revitalization of housing stock in communities throughout our region. TRI achieves long term community improvements by bringing together the best possible resources for each individual project, be that repair of single home or restoration and redesign of a multi-unit housing complex.

TRI's qualified staff members provide vital direction, suggestion, and accountability to clients, with support tailored to the size and scope of each project. In addition to experienced program managers and support staff, a licensed construction supervisor monitors each stage of construction and payment is approved based upon performance and quality of work. TRI strives to include local licensed contractors in all community housing project work and meets or exceeds MBE/WBE requirements for each project.
