Housing Rehab Specialist Job Description

General Contractors

Housing Rehabilitation Program in the Town of Randolph

is seeking Licensed and Insured General Contractors to bid on single family and multi-unit Housing Rehabilitation projects in the Town of Randolph. Projects are priced up to Fifty Thousand Dollars and there are an estimated ten to fifteen projects that will be put out to bid over the next eight months.

Administrative Assistant

TRI-The Resource Inc is seeking administrative help up to 20 hours per week.

Successful candidate will have proficient knowledge of all Microsoft products, be able to work independently with direction, be able to answer telephone calls in professional manner, as well as collect and corelate sensitive document information from clients.

Construction industry experience a plus but not necessary.

Excellent communication skills, patience and desire to learn necessary.
