Experience with larger properties, a good driving record, can pass a background check, and has their own insurance and vehicle is required.

is seeking Licensed and Insured General Contractors to bid on single family and multi-unit Housing Rehabilitation projects in the Town(s) of Egremont, Monterey and Great Barrington. Projects are priced up to Fifty Thousand Dollars and there are an estimated forty projects that will be put out to bid over the next eight months.
