Block Grant—Funded Housing Rehabilitation Program

The Town of Dennis is currently accepting applications for their FY18 Community Development Block Grant—funded Housing Rehabilitation Programs, managed by TRI-The Resource Inc.

**NEW FOR FY19 (CALENDAR YEAR 2020)** THE HOUSING REHAB PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE TO ALL VILLAGES IN THE TOWN OF DENNIS

The Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program has been created as a “Moderate Housing Rehabilitation Program” whose grant priorities are to:


  1. Address health and safety repairs in year-round single-family, owner occupied properties.
  2. Increase and maintain the supply of affordable year-round housing for residents of Dennis, MA.

DEFERRED, FORGIVEABLE Loans of up to $40,000.00
at 0% interest may be available to income-qualified applicants.


If you make at or below the income listed for your household size in the chart below and funds are available, you may qualify for a deferred, forgivable loan of up to $40,000.00 for moderate housing rehabilitation.
